Prescott Street Estate
Extensive restoration efforts were undertaken to preserve the historic integrity of the interior and exterior brick and stone masonry of this 1906 Tudor Revival estate in Brookline, including the carriage house. Thoughtfully designed to complement the interior floor plans, the landscape unfolds as a series of interconnected outdoor living spaces.
Each area is distinguished by expertly crafted landscape masonry, enriched by a vibrant palette of native plants, creating a captivating blend of materials, colors, and textures. This seamless integration of modern amenities meets the needs of an active family while honoring the estate’s timeless character.
